Varietal: 100% Chardonnay.
Region: Rowland Flat, Barossa Valley.
Vineyard and Vinification:
This wine was made from fruit from our 13 year old vines, after ripening in near perfect Barossa conditions.
The red brown soil, double wire trellis, allowing both exposure to sun and shade to optimise the ripening of the fruit
and cooling gully breezes combine to impart good flavour, yielding 3 tonnes per acre. Cold settling of the crushed, pressed juice, cool fermention
and gentle fining of the finished wine have imparted the fine aromas and flavours exhibited by this wine.
Tasting Notes:

The palate is fresh with tropical and citrus flavours, creamy mouthfeel, and a mildly acidic finish.
