Ron’s Selection

This range consists of small quantities of single vineyard wine bottled when special parcels of fruit present themselves to winemaker, Ron Liebich. Produced mainly for Cellar Door Sale. Availability of specific vintage and variety likely to change on a regular basis.
Wines include Old Vine Shiraz, Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Pinot Noir.

Fortified Fest

Fortified Fest Owner and winemaker, Ron Liebich, has a strong association with fortified wines going back three generations to his grandfather, Benno Liebich. Benno established Rovalley Wines in 1919 and produced quality fortified wines, of which the treasured barrels were tucked safely away for special occasions. Every winter the Fortified Fest is held at the winery to warm the winter spirit and showcase some of these treasures. A highlight is always the Liebich Museum Tasting of selected barrel samples ranging from current varietal fortifieds to age unknown of 20 or more years, used exclusively for blending. A wine judging competition is also held immediately after the festival for anyone who brings their homemade blend of fortified. Butcher, Baker, Winemaker Trail

Liebichwein is featured on the Southern Barossa trial. This is a new venture to encourage visitors to explore and experience tempting wine and food with complimentary gifts at each call and a free bottle of wine after each 6 bottles purchased. Liebichwein complimentary gift is a 50 ml bottle of tawny port. This little card is a fun way to enjoy your day and the best news is it is valid to use for 12 months from purchase.

This card is an ideal gift for that hard to buy for person, the card costs $65 and available at many outlets through the Barossa and beyond.

Enjoy this unique experience of Janet's (or a guest chef) home cooked fare, and LiebichWein museum release wines. Dinners for up to 12 people in the cellar of the LiebichWein home. Perfect for showcasing the full Barossa gourmet experience. By apppointment only.
